Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing physical security projects in a multi-unit environment.
• Working knowledge of access control, video management (CCTV), and alarm monitoring systems.
• Experience supervising security staff is required.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• ASIS CPP or PSP certification preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal) required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficient in using company-approved AI tools to improve productivity and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical security for store locations according to risk-based needs.
• Administer the access control system and issue access codes/ID badges.
• Oversee security staff and training; coordinate with alarm vendors.
• Design security systems for new, remodeled, or acquired stores.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Facilities to negotiate service contracts.
• Monitor corporate HQ security and manage day-to-day operations.
