Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to collect and process laboratory specimens at our Patient Service Centers in Centerville, Springboro, Middletown, Lebanon, Hamilton, Liberty Township, and West Chester. The role includes performing venipuncture, specimen handling, and POSIT POCT testing.

The position requires phlebotomy training or experience (100+ venipunctures), a valid driver's license, and ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Recent phlebotomy training or experience with 100+ venipunctures.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures per PSC policy.
• Collect specimens across all ages, including urine drug screens.
• Complete requisitions accurately per PSC procedures.
• Label, process, and store specimens correctly for testing.
• Verify billing information accuracy.
