Luxor Healthcare is seeking a dependable Float Project Technician to support interior painting, room renovations, and facility improvements at Wilshire at Lakewood and Seasons Rehab and Healthcare Center. The role requires hands-on craftsmanship and travel between two facilities about 15 minutes apart.

You will perform paint preparation, touch-ups, and participate in maintenance projects, ensuring high quality workmanship in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Previous professional painting experience is required.
• Interior painting and surface preparation experience.
• Travel between two facilities.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete interior painting projects in resident rooms, common areas, hallways, offices, and more.
• Prepare surfaces with patching, sanding, caulking, taping, and priming.
• Perform paint touch-ups and maintain high-quality finish.
• Assist with resident room renovations and remodeling.
• Travel between Wilshire at Lakewood and Seasons Rehab as needed.
• Coordinate with leadership on project priorities and timelines.
• Ensure safe, clean, and organized work areas.
