Luxor Healthcare is seeking a Float Project Technician to support painting, facility maintenance, room renovations, and improvement projects at two healthcare facilities: Wilshire at Lakewood and Seasons Rehab and Healthcare Center.

The role focuses on interior painting, paint preparation, touch-ups, and general facility improvements. The candidate should have professional painting experience, be dependable, and able to travel between the two sites.

Qualifications

• Professional interior painting experience required.
• Ability to patch, sand, caulk, and prime surfaces.
• Travel between Wilshire at Lakewood and Seasons Rehab as needed.
• Maintain safety and quality workmanship.
• Reliable and dependable attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete interior painting projects in resident rooms, common areas, hallways, offices, and other spaces.
• Perform paint preparation: patching, sanding, caulking, taping, priming.
• Execute paint touch-ups to ensure high-quality finish.
• Assist with resident room renovations and remodeling projects.
• Support facility maintenance and general repair tasks as needed.
• Prepare rooms for renovations by moving and protecting furniture/equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow safety procedures with tools, ladders, paint, and materials.
• Coordinate project priorities and timelines with facility leadership.
• Travel between Wilshire at Lakewood and Seasons Rehab as needed.
• Communicate progress and concerns to leadership.
• Complete projects timely with attention to detail and quality.
• Perform other maintenance, renovation, and facility improvement duties.
