Qualifications

• Prior experience in operations, construction, janitorial, or property services.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites/projects.
• Clean driving record (required).
• Ability to travel to Philadelphia and other expanding markets as needed.
• Bilingual candidates must speak and understand both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple job sites.
• Create and manage detailed job scopes (cleaning, porter, renovations).
• Supervise field staff and maintain quality control.
• Enforce safety protocols and job site compliance.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and project timelines.
• Conduct site visits and inspections.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams.
