Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• At least five years in operations or sales in a retail setting.
• Experience supervising and coaching staff.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects.
• Analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication with customers, employees, vendors.
• Proficient computer skills with common software.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Enterprise Sales Managers to resolve customer needs and grow the business.
• Ensure all team members act with integrity aligned to company values.
• Foster an environment meeting customer needs with urgency and high service.
• Oversee fixed operations (parts, service, body shop) performance and coaching.
• Collaborate with team to deploy actions for high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, develop, retain world-class associates to support company objectives.
