Job summary

Kinder Morgan, Inc. is seeking a proven leader to supervise crews at multiple locations from the Tennessee Gas Pipeline compressor station in Natchitoches, LA. The role focuses on safety, compliance, training, and efficient operation of pipeline assets.

You will oversee budgets, develop procedures, and lead a team to ensure reliable service while maintaining regulatory standards and company policies. This is a field-based leadership role requiring strong people management and safety focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; strong knowledge of company policies and regs relevant to pipeline ops.
• Prior supervisory experience or proven natural gas industry leadership.
• Four-year technical degree preferred; advanced certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of assets within KinderHawk system to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
• Ensure implementation and enforcement of company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Manage safety, environmental and governmental compliance, training, and development of personnel.
• Provide leadership and oversee planning and direction of activities at multiple locations within the area.
• Plan, forecast, and manage capital and O&M budgets for the area of responsibility.
• Develop and review O&M procedures, site-specific procedures, project scopes and work plans.
• Conduct performance evaluations of direct reports and set annual objectives.
• Monitor progress, adjust priorities and schedules to ensure timely completion of work.
• Ensure compliance with all standards, regulatory requirements, and tariff rules.
• Remain current on field developments and best practices; ensure security of assets.
