Texas Breast Specialists is seeking a Practice Manager to join Texas Oncology, supporting Cedar Park, Georgetown, North Austin and Round Rock locations. The role oversees clinic operations, budgeting, and staff scheduling to ensure profitability and patient care excellence.

As part of The US Oncology Network, you will develop objectives, ensure compliance with accreditation standards, and drive growth through strategic planning and performance monitoring.

Formación

• Experience in healthcare management and operations leadership.
• Ability to develop policies, procedures, and objectives.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities for performance metrics.
• Experience overseeing multi-site practices and staff supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and establishes policies, procedures, and objectives; ensures execution and updates.
• Analyzes business conditions and advises supervisor on operational issues.
• Oversees systems development to support practice-wide activities; coordinates hardware and software needs.
• Promotes effective communication and information flow within the practice.
• Oversees preparation and maintenance of management reports and compliance with accreditation standards.
• Oversees development of new office locations and their needs.
• Supervises all practice staff; clinical work direction provided by physicians.

Healthcare management

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field

Associate's Degree + Four years related work experience

Eight years related work experience

Minimum seven years of experience in healthcare management (supervisory)
