Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing is required; Master’s preferred.
• 2–3 years oncology clinical experience is required.
• Professional license in state of practice is required; national certification is required (OCN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care across infusion centers.
• Demonstrates leadership while maintaining operational aspects of the nursing unit.
• Oversees infusion centers within PSA with private practice oncologists and ensures quality.
• Manages staffing models and a float pool across multiple infusion sites.
• Leads roll out and ongoing monitoring of the oncology EMR for infusion services.
