Job summary

CommuniCare Rehab is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a split position at Berkeley Springs and Martinsburg in West Virginia. You will work as an In-House Team Member providing occupational therapy services to residents, evaluating needs and developing individualized treatment plans.

The role includes supervising COTAs, leading interdisciplinary meetings, and educating treatment staff while serving diverse resident needs at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid or pending State OT license.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient’s/ resident’s occupational needs evaluation under physician order and develop a treatment plan.
• Implement treatment plan through direct treatment and education of treatment staff.
• Provide supervision for COTAs.
• Attend/lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations to rehab team and family.
• Treat at multiple locations to serve diverse resident needs.

Qualifications/Must Have’s:

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an Accredited Program.
• Hold a valid or pending State Occupational Therapy License
