Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Recycling Operations Manager to oversee operational performance across multiple metal recycling facilities in Attleboro, MA. The role focuses on production, safety, quality, equipment, inventory, budgets, and profitability within high-volume scrap yard operations.

You will work with Facility Managers and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, maintain compliance, and achieve production and financial targets across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in steel scrap or metal recycling operations or related industries.
• Experience leading teams in industrial/recycling environments.
• Experience with scrap yard operations, heavy equipment, and maintenance.
• Track record of improving efficiency, safety, quality, or profitability.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Environmental, EHS, or HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multiple metal recycling facilities.
• Drive production, safety, quality, and profitability across locations.
• Partner with Commercial/Transportation teams for material flow and logistics.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, reliability, and CAPEX needs.
• Ensure inventory controls and adherence to procedures.
• Lead quality control to meet customer specs.
• Maintain Health & Safety, Environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze KPIs and budgets to identify improvements.
• Manage facilities within operating and capital budgets.
