Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Multi-Site Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents across multiple sites. You will perform inspections, make-ready activities, minor repairs, and general upkeep to ensure units are ready for move-in.

You will work under the Property Manager / Lead maintenance, inspecting units, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring safety and quality in all make-ready tasks. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Previous apartment maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Multi-Site Make Ready Technician is responsible for preparing vacant apartments for new resident occupancy by performing inspections, make-ready activities, minor and routine maintenance repairs, and general property upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

Apartment Make-Ready & Inspection

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete applicable make-ready checklists.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new resident occupancy.
• Identify and complete minor and routine maintenance repairs necessary to prepare units for move-in.
• Check faucets and sink plugs and repair or replace components as necessary.
• Replace washers when needed.
• Perform exterior repairs to sinks, bathtubs, and related fixtures when warranted.
• Replace or repair windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, closets, curtains, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, lights, and similar apartment components.
• Assist with apartment trash-outs, including moving heavy or bulky items to dumpsters.
• Communicate supply needs and repair concerns to the Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Support timely completion of make-ready work.

• Vacant apartments are completed and ready for move-in within established expectations
• Make-ready inspections and checklists are completed accurately
• Repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail
• Common areas and grounds are maintained in a clean and presentable condition
• Supplies and maintenance needs are communicated promptly
• Residents, prospects, and team members receive professional and courteous service
• Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrates reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to support the broader property team

Qualifications:
