Job summary

Allied Residential in Seattle seeks a Maintenance Technician (Multisite) to assist Community Managers by keeping buildings, grounds, facilities, and amenities safe, functional, and visually appealing across multiple properties.

You’ll perform routine maintenance and repairs, support unit turns, and help with contracted projects, contributing to a positive resident experience through a clean, well‑maintained environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or relevant certifications preferred.
• One year of maintenance-related experience or a combination of education and training that provides the required skills.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied weather and environmental conditions.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service to residents and colleagues.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician (Multisite) supports Community Managers and/or Maintenance Supervisors in ensuring the property's buildings, grounds, facilities, and equipment are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of apartment units, common areas, and amenities, as well as assisting with contracted projects and property improvements. The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in delivering a positive resident experience by maintaining a clean, orderly, and functional environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive wage based on experience.
• 152 hours (19 days) PTO annually, plus carry-over up to 120 hours and longevity PTO at 6 and 10 years.
