Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a dependable, hands-on Regional Maintenance Assistant to support our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers across New Jersey. The role involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical/plumbing/HVAC, and assisting with safety inspections while traveling between centers in Monmouth, Essex, Union, Somerset, Middlesex, and Mercer Counties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs on facility equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building-related issues.
• Complete general maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and equipment maintenance.
• Assist with facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
• Travel between facilities throughout Monmouth, Essex, Union, Somerset, Middlesex, and Mercer Counties.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities across various locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work independently while collaborating with facility leadership and team members.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director or Administrator.
