Job summary

This full-time role (40 hours/week) offers pay of $20-$26 per hour, with daily pay available, and requires one year of maintenance experience and a trade school or related training.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance field experience (healthcare facility maintenance preferred).
• Trade school or other relevant training in applicable field.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and episodic maintenance, service and repair across multiple trades.
• Occasionally install or relocate furniture, equipment and decorative items.
• Assist with home repairs for participants as approved by interdisciplinary teams.
• Follow safety measures and comply with building codes.
