Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at two senior living communities: Grainwood and Legends of Apple Valley (331 total units) in Prior Lake and Apple Valley, MN. You will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance to create a great living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include monitoring property for repairs, completing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, repairing appliances, preparing vacant units, on-call duties with a trip

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required.
