Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and electrical components.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, manuals, and equipment documentation.
• Travel up to 50–75% to support facilities in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting support for recycling plant equipment across assigned sites.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on-site and remotely when appropriate.
• Support preventive maintenance practices to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Partner with plant leadership, operators, safety teams, and maintenance personnel to improve equipment performance and safety practices.
• Train and coach team members on equipment care, troubleshooting basics, inspections, and SOPs.
• Identify recurring issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support plant and regional projects including equipment upgrades and reliability improvements.
• Use performance data and downtime trends to prioritize work and drive improvements.
