You will perform routine preventive maintenance, diagnose minor repairs, and coordinate make-ready services while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction. This role requires on-call availability and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience.
• Able to work as part of a team and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping and housekeeping duties to maintain curb appeal.
• Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance as directed.
• Diagnose and perform minor repairs in homes and throughout the property.
• Coordinate make-ready repairs and services as needed.
• Support a positive team environment and resident satisfaction.
