Qualifications

• Authorized to work in United States without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil).
• 4+ years leading and coaching teams in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years preventive/predictive maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily material handling operations and maintenance for multi-site facilities.
• Maintain a safety-first culture for CBRE staff.
• Plan, schedule, and advise work; evaluate quality.
• Lead maintenance on high-speed conveyance systems and other equipment.
• Coordinate hiring, training, performance reviews, and related actions.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Plan staffing and overtime to meet workload.
