Responsibilities

• Oversee management of a portfolio of luxury condo/co-op buildings with premium service focus.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Management Executives; lead performance reviews.
• Present to Boards; coordinate with Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams.
• Manage budgets, capital planning, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and building insurance coordination; COI reviews.
