Qualifications

• Experience coordinating inbound and outbound supply chain operations.
• Experience managing logistics data in SAP.
• Ability to monitor multimodal transportation (rail, truck, barge, vessel).
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage logistics master data, transportation rates, and SAP information.
• Coordinate and monitor domestic and international shipments across multiple modes.
• Support procurement and inventory through PO management and receipts.
• Manage logistics and procurement invoices and payments.
• Consolidate and report logistics information for visibility and decision-making.
• Coordinate shipment releases with warehouses, carriers, and transload facilities.
• Monitor capacity, constraints, and exceptions; implement corrective actions.
• Support cost allocation and reporting of shipment data.
• Maintain logistics systems and databases ensuring data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain logistics reports and dashboards.
