Job summary

NVA General Practice is seeking a Multi-Site Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to support six sister hospitals in the Richmond, VA area. The role starts at $25/hr with full benefits and a $5,000 sign-on bonus or student loan repayment assistance.

Based at Countryside Veterinary Clinic (Henrico, VA), you will rotate among clinics, performing LVT duties, building relationships with diverse teams and DVMs, and delivering high-quality care across multiple small animal general practices.

Qualifications

• Active LVT license in Virginia accuracy required.
• Experience across general veterinary practices preferred.
• Comfort traveling between clinics and managing multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Travel between six sister practices to support daily LVT duties.
• Build rapport with teams and clients across sites.
• Place IV catheters, run labs, monitor anesthesia, assist surgeries, perform dentals, and educate clients.
• Support and elevate care quality across multiple sites.
• Contribute to a progressive, community-centered veterinary medicine approach.
