AMLI Residential has an exciting opportunity to advance your career in Property Management! Apply now for our Multi-Site Leasing Manager role, overseeing leasing efforts at AMLI Denargo Market, AMLI Art District, and AMLI RiNo.

Duties Include:

1. Develop programs to generate traffic for the community, implement marketing plans, and compile monthly plans for approval.
2. Assist in hiring, training, motivating, and following up with the leasing team; plan and implement leasing technique training.
3. Provide leadership and direction for at least three Leasing Consultants, including employee relations, compliance, training, and motivation. Conduct coaching, counseling, and performance evaluations.
4. Ensure model apartments and target apartments are ready for show; maintain mini-model programs.
5. Review guest cards for proper follow-up; monitor concessions and specials for consistency.
6. Regularly shop competitive properties to stay informed on pricing, policies, and lease terms.
7. Monitor team shopping report scores and update market surveys as required.
8. Lease to qualified prospects, show available apartments, follow up with prospects, and market the community via phone, internet, and social media.
9. Develop and maintain resident retention programs; prepare and distribute lease renewal notices.

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED required; associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or two years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $58,240 - $64,480 annually
