Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Experience in multifamily housing within last 10 years preferred.
• Knowledge of federal fair housing and landlord/tenant laws preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing and communication.

Responsibilities

• Tour units with prospective tenants and highlight selling points.
• Handle tenant relations and address issues with high customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of the local area market.
• Prepare and maintain reports for managers.
• Host community events and ensure adherence to standards.
• Assist residents from start to end of the rental process.
