Job summary

American Property Management is seeking a Multi-Site Community Consultant (Leasing Agent) in Tacoma, WA. The role focuses on leasing Briarstone and Bellamonte Apartments, with on-site work and a Tuesday-Saturday schedule 8am-5pm PT.

Compensation includes hourly pay plus monthly leasing bonuses and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer service experience, some multifamily housing exposure, knowledge of relevant housing laws, and strong English communication

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in customer service.
• 1+ years in multifamily/student housing preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, Landlord/Tenant, and ADA preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in English with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Tour units with prospective tenants and highlight features.
• Handle tenant relations and ensure prompt, high-quality service.
• Maintain knowledge of the local area market.
• Prepare and maintain reports for managers.
• Host community events and ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist residents through the rental process.
