Trinity Property Consultants in Midland, Texas, is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to engage prospects and current residents, drive leasing goals, and ensure a smooth move-in experience. Compensation ranges from $15 to $16 hourly, plus lease commissions and renewal bonuses.

The role covers leasing, resident relations, and administrative duties across multiple properties, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus.
• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property software is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to properties.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications and guide move-in for a seamless resident experience.
• Provide top-tier resident service and timely response to inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain unit availability, move-in ready inspections, and administrative tasks.

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.

Operational & AdministrativePerformance

• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.
• Support property management withadministrativeduties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
• Conduct move-out inspections andassistwith property turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collectionsin accordance withTrinity’s standards.

Requirements

Availability & Travel

This positionwillrequireavailability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Active participation in team functions and regionalorcompany activities is expected.

Physical Demands

This positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may berequired. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The rolemay requirelifting upto 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds withassistance. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
