Mark-Taylor is hiring a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to serve prospective and current residents at our Central 100 communities in Chandler, Peoria, and Goodyear, AZ. You will deliver exceptional customer service, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the full application process.

Qualifications

• One year of sales or customer service experience; multifamily leasing preferred.
• Proactive, energetic, and able to work independently across communities.
• Strong verbal and written communication with relationship-building ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Mark-Taylor for prospective and current residents with exceptional service.
• Conduct detailed and informative tours of communities and proximity pricing.
• Close sales by guiding applicants through the application process and status follow-up.
• Create positive resident experiences via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Maintain resident files, process payments, and manage apartment availability and pricing.
• Uphold Mark-Taylor standards for curb appeal, resident experience, and culture.

We’re hiring a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant at our Central 100 Communities (The Wayne, The Ashley, The Carson, The Cleveland, & The Prescott) in Chandler, Peoria & Goodyear, AZ. In this role, you will work at one of our beautiful communities and represent Mark-Taylor through the delivery of exceptional customer service for our residents and potential future residents.

Compensation

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $19.00/hr - $20.00/hr.
• In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of sales or customer service experience; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High-energy, goal-oriented, self-starter work ethic with the ability to work independently.
• Comfort and ability to resolve conflict, address resident complaints, and provide a high level of customer care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong time management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Adaptable and able to effectively manage multiple priorities across multiple communities.
• Associates and/or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
• Experience with CRM and property management software preferred.
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

In This Role You Will

• Serve as the “face” of Mark-Taylor- greeting prospective & current residents and providing them with an exceptional experience every step of the way.
• Conduct detailed and informative tours with prospective residents.
• Close the sale- guiding prospective residents through the complete application process and following up with future residents regarding their status.
• Create positive and memorable experiences for future and current residents through all mediums of communication (e-mail, telephone, in-person, etc.)
• Maintain resident files, accept rental payments, and actively manage apartment availability and pricing.
• Generate a world-class community experience for residents and fellow employees, taking ownership and pride in the property reflecting Mark-Taylor’s high brand standards for curb appeal, attention to detail, resident experience, and overall culture.
