As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the face of the properties, creating memorable experiences for prospective and current residents. Your day-to-day will include:

Engaging with Prospects & Residents – Greet, qualify, and build relationships with potential residents, helping them find their perfect home.

Showcasing Our Stunning Community – Conduct tours of our beautiful apartments and highlight what makes AMLI Aero the place to live.

Driving Occupancy Goals – Use your sales and marketing skills to generate leads through phone, internet, and social media.

Creating a True Sense of Community – Plan and host exciting resident events that make our property feel like home.

Ensuring a Seamless Leasing Experience – Process applications, prepare lease documentation, and ensure every detail is handled with care.

Building Local Connections – Network with apartment locators and businesses to keep our property top of mind.

What We’re Looking For

Experienced Leasing or Sales Professional – 2+ years of leasing, customer service, or sales experience.

Passion for People & Customer Service – You thrive on creating positive experiences and building lasting relationships.

Marketing Savvy – You know how to use social media, networking, and traditional marketing to attract new residents.

Saturday Availability – Because the best leasing professionals know that weekends are prime leasing time! The property is closed on Sundays.

Education – High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is a plus!
