Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Regent at Bellevue Way in Bellevue, WA. You will connect with future residents, identify their needs, and secure lease agreements for our multi‑family property.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

• Generate interest - brag about your community’s features and benefits and highlight what sets it apart from the competition.
• Communicate effectively with potential residents on all steps to call your community their home.
• Serve as a resource for residents to express their problems and assist with finding a resolution.
• Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents.
• Use attention to detail to perform required office administrative tasks.
• Coordinate fun activities for residents.

Compensation: $24 to $26 per hour

Overview

Regent at Bellevue Way is looking for a Leasing Consultant who thrives off using their customer service skills to connect with future residents and can identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements for our properties.
