Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager to lead the Pembroke Hill School operation within our Independent Schools portfolio. This role oversees multi-site food service operations, drives quality and efficiency, and builds strong client partnerships to support students from Pre-K through 12th grade.

The successful candidate will guide a team, manage financial performance, and develop staff while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership abilities with a track record of building positive team culture.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost control.
• Proven experience managing client relationships in complex environments.
