Job summary

Sodexo seeks a General Manager to lead a large K-12 school nutrition program in Monmouth County, NJ. You will oversee dining operations across multiple sites, drive financial performance, and partner with district stakeholders to enhance student wellness and satisfaction.

In this leadership role, you will guide teams, manage resources, and influence outcomes through strong relationships with clients and customers to ensure sustained program success.

Qualifications

Experience leading USDA-regulated K-12 school nutrition programs
Budgeting, cost control and financial performance management
Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to develop teams, drive engagement and coach for performance

Responsibilities

Oversee daily food service operations across multiple sites
Lead, coach and develop dining teams to ensure service excellence
