Job summary

Servicon is seeking a hands-on Janitorial Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple client locations in California. You will guide site leaders, front-line teams, and ensure service quality while addressing staffing needs to keep each location running smoothly.

The role emphasizes coaching employees, solving problems, and building client partnerships, with a schedule that supports the Portfolio Manager’s coverage across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in janitorial, custodial, facilities services, or related environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach staff, and maintain service quality.
• Strong client service skills and sound judgment in resolving concerns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop service teams across multiple locations.
• Coach site leaders, set expectations, and ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, and coverage across sites.
• Monitor payroll tasks, timesheets, and workforce data.
