Job summary

Team MJV in Indiana is seeking Area Coaches to train and supervise general cleaners across multiple sites. No experience required; our trainers will guide you as you switch careers from convenience stores, fast food, or manufacturing into facilities cleaning.

You will manage day-to-day cleaning tasks, ensure the scope of work is met nightly, and coordinate transport between sites; full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible hours are available in this role.

Qualifications

• No experience required; trainers will train you.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Experience in cleaning or facilities is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train general cleaners, supervise cleaning at sites, ensure scope of work is completed nightly.
• Dusting, trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, spot cleaning, and sanitizing designated areas.
• Coordinate use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and products.
