Job summary

Team MJV is seeking a Site Coach to supervise the cleanliness of Indiana job sites and enforce OSHA-aligned safety practices. You will perform cleaning tasks, coordinate daily activities, and lead the on-site team per customer policies.

We offer paid training, and both full-time and part-time options in a manufacturing setting. No relocation or travel is required, with benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Experience in manufacturing or cleaning roles is beneficial.
• Willing to work 1st or 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties at the job site per Team MJV standards.
• Manage daily activities and supervise the on-site team.
• Develop team members and lead the site team per customer policies.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment, products and supplies.

• A Site Coach will oversee the cleanliness of a job site(s) while providing and maintaining a clean and safe environment in accordance to Team MJV guidelines and the current OSHA standards and regulations. This position is primarily responsible for, but not limited to, performing all general cleaning duties, managing daily activities, developing team members, and leading the job site team by both Team MJV and customer policies and procedures. Also includes proper knowledge, use, and maintenance of equipment, products, and supplies.
• 1st Shift - 8:30a-5p
• Monday - Friday
