Job summary

Team MJV in Indiana and Michigan seeks Area Coaches to train and supervise cleaning staff across multiple sites. You will lead daily cleaning tasks, ensure quality, and support teams with on-the-job training.

The role emphasizes reliability, travel between sites, and the ability to manage inventory and schedules. We offer part-time or full-time hours with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is a MUST, as candidates will travel to multiple sites.
• Experience training or supervising cleaning staff is a plus.
• No experience required, on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Train general cleaners and ensure quality of cleaning at sites.
• Keep inventory and manage supplies for accounts.
• Oversee cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitation.
• Coordinate shifts across 1–3 sites per shift.

Reliable transportation is a MUST, as they will likely work at 1-3 sites per shift. If you like a job that mixes it up and has flexible hours, this is for you! As an Area Coach, you will be responsible for training general cleaners, keeping track of inventory at the accounts and ensuring scope of work excellence is completed nightly.General cleaners ensure wellness at the sites they clean by using proper procedures and chemicals learned through paid on-the-job training. This position is responsible for, but not limited to general cleaning duties, dusting, emptying trash containers, vacuuming, mopping, spot cleaning, and sanitizing all designated areas. It also includes proper use and maintenance of equipment, products, and supplies.
