Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in California (Santa Fe Springs) seeks an experienced Director of Inventory Control to lead inventory control operations across multiple facilities, implement inventory management programs, ensure inventory accuracy and shrink reduction, and support forecasting while aligning with business priorities.

The role partners with the VP of Operations and Sales leadership to identify process improvements and provide recommendations on inventory strategy and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in inventory control roles.
• Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in Supply Chain Operations and Inventory Management.
• Experience leading managers or multi-site teams across locations.
• Advanced proficiency with SAP or comparable ERP/WMS platforms, plus MS Office and executive reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration with operational leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive results across a multi-site environment.
• Strong analytics, financial, and forecasting accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and governance across multi-site inventory control.
• Oversee operations and ensure inventory accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Lead people across multiple facilities and foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure security, theft enforcement and accountability across sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
