Outpatient Diagnostic Center of Alabama is an independent imaging organization with four outpatient imaging centers seeking an experienced Clinical Imaging Manager to lead MRI, CT, and X‑Ray across four locations. This full‑time leadership role oversees daily operations and plays a key role in patient care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include credentialing, scheduling, training, quality assurance, and collaboration with radiologists and leadership to optimize

Qualifications

• 3–5 years relevant imaging experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and team development.
• Knowledge of modern business and supervisory techniques.
• Experience maintaining credentials, certifications and accreditation requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for MRI, CT, and X‑Ray across four outpatient centers.
• Supervise imaging staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure staffing coverage for extended service hours and regulatory compliance.
• Support hiring, onboarding and competency assessments for imaging personnel.
• Collaborate with radiologists and leadership to optimize workflow and patient experience.
