Job summary

I & MJ Gross Company Inc in Ohio is seeking a Multi-site HVAC Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance team at several local apartment communities.

You will perform preventative maintenance and repairs, respond to work orders, prepare vacant suites for move-ins, and maintain building interiors, exteriors and grounds; other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential maintenance preferred.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy hands-on work.
• Teamwork, troubleshooting and customer service skills required.
