Job summary

Software Placement Group, SPG in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Human Resources and Payroll Manager to lead payroll, compliance and employee relations across multi-site healthcare operations. This hands-on role supports credentialing, onboarding and HR data integrity while partnering with leadership.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR with payroll/benefits, healthcare regulatory knowledge, and ADP proficiency, plus a Texas driver’s license.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years HR experience with payroll, benefits and compliance.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and employment law.
Experience supporting multi-site settings within home health, home care and/or hospice.
Proficiency with ADP and Microsoft Office.
Valid Texas driver's license and good driving record.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to train and coach leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle payroll, timekeeping, wage calculations, audits, benefits administration and related reporting.
Maintain HRIS/payroll systems and coordinate HR data with operating platforms and leadership reporting.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and healthcare program requirements.
Support onboarding, credential verification, recruitment, time-to-fill and early retention efforts across sites.
Guide managers and staff through employee relations matters, investigations and conflict resolution.
