Job summary

Rock Dental Brands is seeking an HR Business Partner to own day-to-day people work across our clinic network. You will manage employee relations, onboarding, and lifecycle processes, partnering with regional leaders to uphold policy and culture.

The role requires independence, broad HR knowledge, and willingness to travel; healthcare/dental familiarity is a plus. Location: Little Rock, AR, with regional travel.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting multi-site operations.
• Experience in a private equity backed or high-growth environment.
• Comfort with being an execution-focused generalist rather than a strategy overseer.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to coach managers and document conversations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact across the clinic network and partner with regional/clinic leadership on day-to-day people issues.
• Own employee relations case management from intake through resolution, including documentation and coordination with the CPO on escalated matters.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle across assigned locations: onboarding, performance management, transfers, and offboarding.
• Support integration of newly acquired clinic locations, including due diligence handoff and onboarding of staff into Rock Dental systems.
• Coach clinic and regional leaders on people practices and policy consistency.
• Field first line questions across HR topics, resolving what can be resolved and routing the rest with context to Payroll or the CPO.
• Track and report people metrics (turnover, ER case volume and resolution time) and translate trends into recommendations.
