Job summary

You will work with Facilities Management to maintain a safe, healthy environment for staff, clients, residents, and visitors, and report to the Director of Facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor housekeeping staff at multiple Argus Community locations.
• Coordinate staffing, roving teams, and schedule adherence to ensure continuous facility services.
• Train staff on sanitation techniques and safety protocols; maintain compliance with NYC DOHMH, OASAS, OMH standards.
• Maintain records of inventory, equipment, and cleaning supplies; monitor usage and costs.
• Inspect sites for cleanliness, safety, and presentation; document issues and follow up with Facilities Management.
