Job summary

Core Executive Recruiting seeks a Property/Facilities Manager for a large multi-site healthcare physician group in Charlottesville and Central Virginia. You will serve as the single point of contact for all facility-related needs across 43 locations and oversee vendor management, budgeting, and capital planning.

The role partners with client leadership and practice managers, guiding maintenance, leases, inspections, and safety programs while ensuring tenant satisfaction and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and real estate license (or willingness to obtain).
• 5+ years of facilities or property management in commercial real estate or healthcare.
• Experience as single point of contact across multi-site portfolio.
• Experience managing vendors, maintenance teams, budgets, and capital improvement projects.
• Strong financial acumen including budget preparation, expense management, and variance analysis.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the sole point of contact for all facilities needs across portfolio locations.
• Develop relationships with client leadership, Property Managers, tenants, vendors, and team members.
• Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets; develop a 5-year capital plan.
• Monitor expenses against budgets; review and approve invoices.
• Coordinate vendor contracts, bid processes, and service level reviews.
• Oversee property inspections, maintenance programs, and safety procedures across sites.
