The Health & Safety Program Manager is responsible for managing system safety programs and chemical compliance processes to ensure a safe and compliant operational environment. This role drives significant impact by developing standards, automating approvals, and maintaining critical safety programs. This position reports to the Director of EHS and is part of a multi‑site and operating company Environment, Health & Safety Team, requiring on‑site presence at an IDT or Aldevron location such as Coralville, IA; Boulder, CO; Raleigh, NC; Madison, WI; San Diego, CA; or Fargo, ND.

The annual salary range for this role is $91,000- $100,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
