Job summary

Mark-Taylor, Inc. in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Facilities Technician (Porter/Groundskeeper) to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of our apartment communities. You will represent Mark-Taylor through friendly resident interactions and by keeping grounds and interiors in top condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Positive interaction with residents and staff.
• Experience as groundskeeper/porter/desirable.
• Basic written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of community grounds and work areas.
• Upkeep of grounds, amenities, exteriors, and parking areas.
• Remove trash from exterior grounds and vacant apartments.
• Complete opening/closing duties and property walks.
• Daily/weekly/monthly cleaning and upkeep of pools, grills, and common areas.
• Perform janitorial tasks and minor exterior painting as needed.
