Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Experience as groundskeeper, landscaper, porter, or related role desirable.
• Basic written and verbal English comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds and work areas daily.
• Uphold cleanliness of grounds, amenities, and exteriors.
• Remove trash from exterior grounds and vacant units.
• Perform opening and closing duties including property walks.
• Clean and maintain pools, lights, breezeways, and grills.
• Power-wash and perform light exterior painting of curbs and areas.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of community grounds.
