Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management preferred.
• Ability to focus on client and customer services; entrepreneurship and growing a business essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills for communication with clients, senior management, and support staff.
• Comfort with reading and implementing contractual requirements; identify opportunities within contract terms.
• Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment.
• Proven ability leading through other managers.
• Experience creating and managing a department budget, financial controls and analysis.
• Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services while performing hands-on execution management of operations.
• Manages client and community relationships, assesses operations, and develops plans to provide optimal service and drive satisfaction.
• Builds and leads a management team capable of carrying out organizational objectives.
• Recommends methods, resources, and implementations for service improvement and growth based on contract obligations.
• In partnership with Finance, manages a budget and designs improvements to enhance financial performance and productivity.
• Ensures compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and records.
• Adheres to Aramark's safety standards and Business Conduct Policy at all times.
