Ergon, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Floater to support the Magnolia Terminal and Pipeline with maintenance, housekeeping, and coverage for open positions.

The role requires willingness to work nights and weekends and to travel to other facilities as needed to support operations. Candidate should be able to read, write, perform basic math, document activities, and communicate effectively with coworkers and external parties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write and have basic math skills.
• Must be able to complete required documentation and have computer skills.
• Must have good communication skills with co-workers and outside parties.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facility Crew Chief with maintenance and housekeeping at Magnolia terminal and pipeline.
• Cover open positions during absences, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Travel to other facilities to assist when necessary and support compliance efforts.
