Community Health Network is seeking a Float Physician to support our North and Central Indianapolis clinics. You will provide outpatient care across multiple practice locations, ensuring continuity and quality for a diverse patient population.

Join a network of over 650 physicians and work with EPIC EMR, with a flexible schedule and travel between sites in the North & Central Region. Indiana licensure required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
• Licensed or eligible for Indiana medical licensure.
• Willingness to travel across North & Central Region in Indianapolis.
