Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Family Medicine physician with additional training or interest in LGBTQ+ medicine to join our primary care team on the north side of Indianapolis. This outpatient, team-based practice uses the Epic EMR and offers an excellent compensation and benefits package.

Ideal candidates will be board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine and licensed or eligible for Indiana licensure.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
• Outpatient only and team-based practice model.
• Interest or training in LGBTQ+ medicine.
