NFI Massachusetts Inc. is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across Northeastern Massachusetts.

The role requires the ability to travel between program sites daily and perform general maintenance tasks. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $30.00, full-time employment, and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, retirement plans, paid time off, and other voluntary programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in facility and grounds maintenance.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Valid driver\'s license and access to a reliable vehicle for daily travel between program locations.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair work including painting, plastering, carpentry, light plumbing, and basic grounds upkeep.
• Provide seasonal support, including snow removal during winter months.
• Coordinate with licensed contractors (e.g., plumbers, electricians) as needed.
• Travel daily between sites to meet maintenance needs and respond to urgent requests.
